Join Us for a Fun Summer Camp!

The activities of our summer camp are the same as the March Break Camp, but also include sports such as soccer, basketball, baseball, frisbee, picnic day races, badminton and swimming lessons.

We also study one hour of French or English in the morning and one hour of mathematics in the afternoon.

What to bring:

  • Healthy food, water, juice.

Terms & Conditions

CAMP FEES: A registration cannot be confirmed unless accompanied by a payment for the week.

REFUNDS: Should your plans change after registration, but before December 5th for Winter Camp , Feb 15th for March Break Camp and May 15th for the Summer Camp your deposit will be refunded/returned, less a $25.00 administration fee.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES: There are NO REFUNDS for SICK DAYS or MISSED DAYS. With the exception of extenuating circumstances, there will be no refunds for cancelled weeks. In the event of a cancellation, there will be a $25 administration charge per week.

OTHER CONDITIONS: The undersigned herein agrees that the duration and dates referred to herein are binding and non-transferable and that the duration is not divisible, therefore no credits or refunds shall be given for missed days due to sickness, absence or for any reason whatsoever (with the exception of extenuating circumstances). All final decisions are subject to the approval of the Valiquette Academy Foundation (VAF).

A service fee of $30.00 is charged for cheques returned for any reason.

Children with any disability, sickness, medical affliction, allergy, whether chronic or not, are considered at risk while under the care of The Valiquette Academy Foundation and under all circumstances, the undersigned expressly agrees that the child enrolled and using all facilities, is at risk and hereby releases the Valiquette Academy Foundation and the Valiquette Academy, Camp Valiquette, its owner, agents, employees and management (henceforth referred to as: The VAF, its subsidiaries and agents) from any and all damages, loss or injury from or during the use of the Camp’s facilities and/or participation in the Camp’s programmes and outings.

VIOLENCE and HARASSMENT PREVENTIVE POLICY: The Valiquette Foundation is committed to creating a safe and respectful environment where everyone feels secure and valued. We’re here to prevent violence and abuse in any form—physical, verbal, or otherwise—and to promote a positive space for everyone involved in our programs. We take the well-being of our staff, participants, clients, contractors, vendors, and visitors seriously. Everyone has a role to play in keeping this environment safe, which includes recognizing and addressing any potential issues before they escalate.

If you ever have concerns or notice something that doesn’t feel right, please don’t hesitate to report it. We promise to handle all reports with care, confidentiality, and a commitment to resolving them promptly. And don’t worry—reporting in good faith will never result in any negative consequences.

HEALTH and SAFETY: The Valiquette Foundation does not administer medication as a standard practice. However, with prior parental consent, we may:

  • Provide acetaminophen or ibuprofen to participants, with permission of parents.
  • Administer an antihistamine to a participant experiencing an unknown allergic reaction, with permission of parents.
  • In emergency situations, our trained staff may: Administer an antihistamine or an EpiPen to a participant with a known allergy (with prior parental consent).
  • Assist a diabetic participant with insulin administration if experiencing low or high-blood sugar, with permission of parents.

The safety and well-being of all participants remain our highest priority, and appropriate measures will be taken to ensure timely care during emergencies.
